At Yash Papads, we aim to provide the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products (primarily food items like papads, snacks, etc.), our return and refund policy is designed to ensure both fairness and safety for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a return.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If the product delivered is not what you ordered, you can request a return.
Note: Returns will only be accepted for damaged or defective goods or in the case of incorrect orders.
2. Return Request Process

3. Conditions for Returns
- Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 7 days from the date you receive the product.
- Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with the original packaging (if applicable).
- Perishable Goods: Returns for perishable items like papads and snacks will only be accepted if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Once these items are opened, they cannot be returned.
4. Refund Process
Once the return is approved and the product is received by us, your refund will be processed.
- Refund Amount: If your return is approved, you will receive a 75% refund of the product cost. Shipping and packaging charges are non-refundable.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original order.
- Time for Refund: Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or consumed food products, due to health and safety regulations.
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase or during checkout.
- Customized or personalized items (if applicable).
6. Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our business and the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
- Wrong or Damaged Product: If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your case and assist you in returning the product for a refund or replacement.
- Proof of Damage: Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
8. Shipping Charges for Returns
- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), Yash Papads will bear the return shipping costs.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you return a product for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
9. Force Majeure
Yash Papads is not liable for delays or damage caused due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters, weather conditions)
- Political disturbances, riots, strikes, or wars
- Transport or logistics disruptions.
In such cases, returns and refunds may not be applicable.
10. How to Ensure Timely Delivery
To ensure smooth delivery and avoid any issues:
- Always provide the correct and complete delivery address including PIN code and contact number.
- PO Box addresses are not accepted for delivery.
11. Customer’s Responsibility
If the recipient of the order is different from the person who placed the order, the sender is responsible for communicating these terms and conditions to the recipient and ensuring that they are aware of the return and refund policies.
Important Notes:
- The terms and conditions are applicable only when Yash Papads is directly responsible for the issue (e.g., damaged product, incorrect delivery). Yash Papads will not be held liable for the customer’s dissatisfaction if the product quality does not meet their expectations, as the product quality may vary due to personal preferences.
- The customer agrees to the above terms when placing an order. If you do not agree with the policy, please do not place an order.
